# Energy and Health

Each Cukie has **two** **status bars** that reflect its condition: **Energy** and **Health**. The higher the rarity, the stronger these stats are.

Every action your Cukie performs consumes **Energy**. When Energy runs out, **Health** starts to decrease.\
If both reach zero, your Cukie will stop working until it recovers.

#### ***Recovering Energy & Health***

**Energy:** Can be recovered by **eating food or resting**. While one Cukie rests, you can keep playing with others.

**Health:** Can only be restored with **cooked dishes!** Keep this in mind when your Cukie is running low, it may be smarter to let it rest before draining its health.

The upside of elaborate dishes is that, although they take longer to prepare, they restore **much more Energy**.
